  The nail technicians here were extremely rude and disrespectful. The attitude was the first issue, but what made the experience even worse was hearing the technicians gossip about and insult customers in their own language, seemingly assuming that no one could understand them.<br><br>For a business that specifically relies on customer service, I strongly recommend providing the staff with additional training on professionalism, respect, and appropriate workplace conduct. Customers should never feel uncomfortable or disrespected while receiving a service.

  They did a decent job, same as most places. Watch, watch i paid with a debit card. That is the same as cash! I understand places charge a couple of dollars Xtra when it's a credit card. I bought it up, abd was told that they charge it regardless! Thus, I feel cheated. I'm a principal person.

  This was honestly one of the worst salon experiences I've had. I got a gel fill-in and the polish started chipping within TWO DAYS, which is completely unacceptable for gel. I had to go somewhere else and pay again just to fix them. Total waste of money and time.<br>The only decent part of my visit was the gel pedicure, That's the only reason I leave a one-star review.<br><br>Everything else was terrible. The salon itself is outdated and visibly dusty, which already made me question how clean it really is. On top of that, the customer service is awful. I had to reschedule an appointment and wanted a gel pedicure only, the way they spoke to me on the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional.<br>Between the poor quality nail work, the dirty looking environment, and the bad attitude from staff, I will absolutely not be returning. Save your money and go somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone.

  Haven't had my nails done there in a while because I moved but they are great. I've never had a nail appointment with them that I wasn't absolutely pleased with. Great nail designs and nice staff

  I started going to this nail salon back in 2006 with the previous owner. Now I live an hour away & this is still the only place I'll get my mani/pedi. They are meticulous, especially with your cuticles. It might not be a big fancy, state of the art salon & spa, but these girls work hard to give you a beautiful manicure & pedicure.
