  Horrible. Paid for 25 minutes and only got 15 and they insisted on being tipped after bad service! I feel scammed and will never return.

  1 star<br><br>Very disappointing experience. I paid $42 for a 25-minute neck and back massage, but the actual massage felt much shorter. I estimate I received only around 10-15 minutes at most, nowhere close to the 25 minutes I paid for.<br><br>I was also asked for an additional 20 percent being $7 tip mandatory which felt mandatory rather than optional while service was shit.<br><br>A tip should be the customer's choice based on the service provided.<br><br>My back felt better immediately afterward, but unfortunately the relief lasted only about five minutes, and the pain came back.<br><br>If you decide to go here, I strongly recommend keeping track of the time yourself and setting a timer when your service begins. Make sure you receive the full amount of time you paid for.<br><br>I expected a 25-minute service for the price I paid, and I don't feel that I received what I paid for. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
