We are so glad that we asked Carissa to be our agent as we looked at homes in Ridgefield and Weston. She was amazing to work with! She was always very responsive via text, phone, or email and made us feel as though we were her only client, though we know we weren't. She's very knowledgeable about the area and if you ask her for recommendations, she can put you in touch with someone for just about anything you might need, whether it's related to your purchase or just to living in the area. We actually had a deal fall through because of a seller-related issue. Carissa knew that we were in a time crunch because we needed to be settled in time to get our kids registered for school. As soon as our deal fell through, she dropped her personal plans for the day and met with us to look at houses. We were able to find another house we liked and get into a contract with the same closing date we had on the first house. Now we've closed on that house and we're really happy with the way things turne

Carissa and Douglas are fantastic to work with. We became remote owners during our listing time, and they were incredibly helpful going way beyond the normal services. At one point, our alarm system went off, and they actually went to check on the house and make sure it was secure. We could not have asked for more.<br><br>Once they listed our property, their marketing efforts were second to none. They invested in our sale and produced exceptional marketing materials including videos and printed brochures and extensive web listings. I have never seen this level of commitment from a listing agent.<br><br>Beyond the typical business relationship, we felt like they truly became our friends and our guides. We have sold several homes, and this was by far our best realtor experience.
