We are a warm and welcoming Yoga, Barre & Assisted Stretching studio, located in the heart of Lyndhurst, NJ. We offer classes 6 days a week, and private assisted stretching sessions by appointment. We also offer special events, like sound bath, Group Reiki and more. Our expert teachers create a non-competitive and non-judgmental environment where all can grow and thrive. We have 1200 square feet, 2 bathrooms, lots of natural light, central location, near public transportation.

Attended 2026 Studio 108 Yoga Retreat at Ventnor, NJ. What a delightful treat. I've never heard of this city before but was pleasantly surprised. The house was perfectly set up for everyone to have their own safe space.<br>The food was amazing, beach and sunny days made it perfect. Best of all I enjoyed the yoga classes and connecting with the attendees when it was time to do our processes on the subject at hand. What a memorable weekend and amazing human beings to be around. Id highly recommend taking time to relax unwind and reset your nervous system by attending one of these in the near future !

The Yoga Retreat hosted by Studio 108 was absolutely amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed everything including the peaceful yet exhilarating yoga classes, the luxurious massage, and the calming sound bath. I enjoyed conversing and laughing with everyone while we shared Teresa's sumptuous and nutritious home made meals.<br>There was plenty of free time to enjoy the beach, walk, read, and hop on a bicycle from the house's garage and ride along the boardwalk and through the town. I had fun being tourists with a few others when together we explored the area.<br>The Circle gatherings for reflection, journaling, and conversation were particularly meaningful to me. I enjoyed listening to what others shared and learned a lot from and about them. The Circles uplifted me and allowed for thought provoking reflection on different aspects of my life.<br>I will definitely be back for the next retreat.

This past weekend I attended my first yoga retreat hosted by Teresa the owner of studio 108 . I had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, supported, and completely at ease. The weekend was the perfect balance of relaxation, movement, and connection.<br><br>The yoga classes were thoughtfully designed and accessible for all levels, helping me feel both energized and grounded. The massages were incredibly relaxing and added an extra layer of self-care to the experience. I especially enjoyed the peaceful walks, which allowed me to slow down.Bike rides, beach time exploring & connections with other fellow yogis was part of being fully present.<br><br>The food was delicious, nourishing, and prepared with great care. What made this retreat truly special, though, were the people. My retreat with Teresa was spectacular!! It was more than I could imagine, great food, great connection with like minded souls, beautiful home close to the beach, massage and two classes of yoga each day. It's a trip I will never forget and hope to do it again. I highly recommend it. We also got very thoughtful goodie bags with a T-shirt, sweatshirt and more.
