Rob has changed my life!!! Pushes me to do things I have never done before. He is focused and committed to pushing you to achieve your goals. He ensures my technique is always correct and makes every session challenging. The results are amazing!!!

Rob is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging. My fitness has increased noticeably and I've seeing improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups, Core exercises. Generally I push myself harder through each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.

After 10+ years of not exercising, I decided it was time for change as I'm not getting any younger. I started by contacting Fresh Start Fitness to start my new fitness journey. I'm currently on week 5! And I'm beyond satisfied how I feel after my workout with Rob.
