OUR STORY: We have been "Opening & Closing Doors" since 1981. Our dedicated team of guarantees that each customer receives a "best in service" repair on commercial overhead doors & loading dock equipment. We DO NOT sub-out our installation. We are proud of our own "SuperTechs" who are all factory trained and certified to handle the most complicated dock and door problems.

Some minor sensor fixing and general tune up for 1.5 hrs of labor (2 guys supposedly even though I only saw 1). No new parts. $900+. Apparently garage technicians nowadays charge big law hourly rates.

I definitely agree with the rest of the reviews. Really bad customer service! Scheduled 2 appts to have a tech come out. Both times no show and no follow up what so ever. I had to call them. Then they decide to send a tech on my day off. The receptionist called to let me know the tech was onsite. Told her no one had told me they were coming and that I wasn't around. I could hear her sigh over the phone like she was annoyed. Finally get a tech out with a complete different job description than what I had explained to the receptionist. The tech took measurements & told me he would let his boss know. Days goes by without hearing from them. I call to follow up for the lady to tell me they don't do that kind of work. Well, thanks for the heads up...UPDATE: I received a call from Ranee a couple of days later apologizing for the mishap. She assured me they did do the kind of work I was looking for. Jai then came out, took measurements and we went over to see what would be the best option for
