  The doctors and staff are awesome here.<br>Recently merged with holy name and got a few more providers.<br>I recently had an apt with Nurse practitioner Kristie attoot.<br>She was so kind, compassionate and understanding.<br>The front desk always makes me smile- especially seeing Dawn .

  I had my annual checkup a few weeks ago.<br>I arrived on time and didn't have to wait. The staff was very friendly and pleasant.<br>My tests and results came back quickly. Thank you!

  Worst experience. My 96 yr old mom came home from rehab and needed a primary care dr to go to her home. Osler scheduled visit and never showed up. I called next day and was told it would be fixed right away. Total LIE. I called hours later and told office mgr went home and did nothing. Not even a courtesy call back. I was told dr won't call me or visit and did not care at all. HORRIBLE

  Are you looking for a medical office that cares? I've been going here for over a year and I can hands down say this is the best medical office I've been to. The service, the communication, the space are stellar.<br><br>I came here for a firefighter physical and was first seen by Dr. Joyce Feliciano. She is marvelous and I instantly knew this was the place for my medical needs.<br><br>Recently my last physical was performed by Dr. Atoot and phlebotomist Tia--they are wonderful caring and warm professionals. Even Dawn at reception is a gem, her work ethic and communication is on point.<br><br>The office gives you that cozy feeling. I never wait long. And there's even complimentary coffee and tea! It's the small details that make the appointment so great!
