  I made a follow-up call on 4/21/2026 regarding an Urgent letter request from Dr Yee's office on 4/15/2026 for a letter to support switching to AC due to extreme temperatures in our home.<br><br>Details of interaction:<br><br>4/21/26 - I called and spoke to Angel (male) who placed the call on hold and passed me off to another staff (Berline? female) who stated that Dr Yee's office had requested followup information, specifically if my children had any medical conditions to support the need. I advised of allergies: Environmental, Seasonal, as well as nose bleeds secondary to extreme temperatures and dryness.<br><br>I then asked when the request was made by Dr. Yee and was once again asked to hold.<br><br>Staff returned and reported that the request was sent since Saturday to call me to get the needed information, yet no call was initiated/received. I expressed concern about the matter, and was asked if I could please hold for the 3rd time, which lasted approximately 3-5 minutes.<br><br>U

  Dr. Yee is by far the best family doctor I've ever seen! He's great with my children. The staff is amazing! He takes time with each patient and explains things so we could understand.

  My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Yee since 2017/2018. He has looked over all of our 7 kids through vaccinations, sicknesses, and checkups. The staff has been always friendly and able to answer our questions. Doctor Yee has been understanding even when my wife doesn't want our kids to get flu vaccines. Usually kids hate going to the doctors but when I take my kids it's been pretty smooth. Even whe they have to draw blood for test my kids don't cry...just me from watching a little bit.

  Carlos, a good doctor-patient relationship requires participation from both parties. If you don't keep your follow up appointments, it is very hard to provide the care that you need.
