  Doug was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to really listen to what we wanted. He explained all our options clearly without any pressure and helped us choose the best materials for our home.<br>The entire process was smooth -- the crew was respectful, kept the job site clean every day, and did excellent work. The quality of the installation is top-notch, and our home looks fantastic. Doug stayed in touch throughout the project and made sure everything was done right. If you're looking for exterior remodeling (roofing, siding, windows, etc.), I highly recommend Doug and his team. Great experience overall!

  This company/interaction was a happy accident. I had a man come to my door and ask about my windows and I usually don't entertain solicitors, but I did and set up a free consultation and I am so happy that I did. We have an old craftsman style house that still had the original windows from the 1930s and I was so nervous about the original interior trim being damaged with window replacements. The install team took great care to not cause any damage and did a fantastic job with the installation. The whole crew was nice, hardworking, and you could tell cared about the quality of the work they were doing. They also did a great job cleaning up inside and out when they were finished. We are so happy with this project and would definitely recommend these guys if you are thinking about window replacements.

  ***"""I am forced to change the review posted below!<br><br>We had them back to side the house and redo our deck. This was even better than before which I didn't think was possible. My crew of Marcos, Daniel, Niuley and Felipe amazed us every single day. They arrived to start the jobs just after a crazy snow storm. I looked puzzled about them being able to work but they just asked if I had a snow shovel to add to theirs - then they proceeded to make work paths around the house.<br><br>Only a rain downpour could stop them. They worked in brutal cold and still kept their smiles. Completely professional and so courteous cleaning up every spec of debris every night.<br><br>They came up with ideal nobody thought of before and both jobs are beyond perfect.   This is an excellent company to work with if you need windows and/or doors installed. The service they provided from start to finish was exceptional and the guys who installed my windows were careful, respectful and took pride in their job. They left my house the way they found it, only prettier with new windows. I truly appreciated that. I worked directly with Christian Butler. He was my director of operations. He was always available and returned texts and calls right away. He provided friendly service with great knowledge of the company's products. I would highly recommend Elevate to anyone looking for a beautiful and cost effective upgrade. You matter and they care. Five plus stars!! I love my new windows!
