  I whole heartedly recommend Luka and his team for your paving needs. He was everything we didnt have with other contractors when building our house....super responsive, detail oriented, adaptable when things needed to be changed for a fair price and above all, HONEST. He did a wonderful job on our backyard paving and you can really trust that his people know what they are doing. He worked around an existing pool that had coping installed improperly apparently and they fixed it without even a second thought. (And for a fair price.) He gave us suggestions we didnt think about to make sure water doesnt pool on pavers or run into our home, they suggested cost savings with materials when the ones we picked were 3x the price, they cleaned up properly after they finished. Also super important to us was to make sure to not ruin the grass that was already in place (which was previously replaced twice from other work) and they found solutions to not use heavy machinery and preserve as much of it

  Very professional team, best on the market! Great experience with LK Development Group. They installed a new paver walkway/patio and the workmanship is excellent. Clean lines, solid base, and everything was left neat when they finished. Highly recommend.

  So happy with LK Development Group. Luka was easy to reach, showed up when he said he would, and the work came out really clean. The pavers look great and the area is draining the way it should now. Crew was respectful and left everything tidy. Would definitely recommend.

  We had water issues and LK Development Group handled [French drain / sump / drainage]. They diagnosed the problem, walked us through options, and the results were immediate--no more pooling water. Professional, clean work, and great communication.
