My wife was going to get her nails done here. We were literally 3 minutes late for the appointment, but the lady in charge had an absolute temper and refused service. Even if she did honor the appointment, who wants to support a business that is so full of rage? Maybe she needs to take some anger management lessons or some therapy. Never again.

I do not believe you're reviewing about the correct location. There are four nail salons in the proximity, and our business always respect appointment even if the customer is 30 minutes late. Could you please double check with your wife pertaining to the name and address of the business she visited? I'm sorry to hear about her poor experience though. That is just not right.

I had a disappointing experience. I came in for a simple fill at 2:45 PM, and even though the salon closes at 5 PM and was nearly empty, the owner said she did not have time and did not want to do my nails. There was no attempt to offer another technician, alternative time, or explanation.<br><br>Very poor customer service. I won't be returning and would not recommend this place.

They do an amazing job and are quick. Very welcoming and professional. They are great at designs. I have been coming here for over a year now. Love my matte nails, they always look flawless.
