  The owner is a nice woman, however in my experience (esp being a first time customer) the girl who did my nails did a terrible job, nails popped off after 3 days, poor refining of end result, color quality or polish quality seems to be lacking...I'd avoid going here. Idk how they have the audacity to charge what they charge for nails these days with the lack of attention, detail, care, quality and/or overall experience.

  I absolutely love Sassy nails! Ellen, the owner, is a fabulous hostess, very friendly and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. The nail techs are all good, Johanna, in particular for manicures, and Esther for pedicures. I'm always very satisfied with the results.

  My last experience here was horrific.<br>The pedicure was lackluster one of the reasons I didn't patronize often.<br>The manicure experience was the worst. Ellen the "owner", asked me what I do for a living. Then made it her personal mission to insult me into spending more money with her and a customer that used to work there who now owned a body contouring business. She went out of her way to discuss my body in front of other guest! Handing me a business card and pointing to my stomach. She didn't do this to anyone else that was there! Continued to criticize my eyebrows stating they needed to be done when they didn't! The person that does my eyebrows has a 5 star on Google. I let Ellen's crew do my eyebrows once and it was bad! Thinned them out! It was dehumanizing and humiliating. She bruised my cuticles during the service. Was so busy making snide comments!To add insult to injury, as she was checking me out she CONTINUED to pump the business of her customer stating it would "make me
