  We had an excellent experience with Phil and couldn't recommend him more highly. From start to finish, he was professional, personable, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly an expert in his field. What really stood out was his ability to explain everything in a way that was easy for us to understand without ever making us feel overwhelmed. He was extremely thorough and honest throughout the inspection, took the time to answer all of our questions, and communicated with us every step of the way. His pricing was very fair, and we were amazed at how quickly he turned around such a detailed report. If you're looking for someone you can trust, Phil is the person to call. We would recommend him to anyone without hesitation and will absolutely use him again for any future inspection needs.

  Bought my home over a year ago, and Phil is simply the best. When buying a home, you want to know what you're getting yourself into and limit those surprises. Hiring Phil will minimize those surprises and let you have a clear focus on what's worth fixing or if the house is better to be passed on. Will definitely use again for future home purchases

  Phil was thorough, professional, and easy to work with. He walked us through everything he found, explained what mattered most, and made sure we left with a clear picture of the property's condition. What really stood out was his honesty, we requested a radon test and he told us upfront it wasn't necessary, when he easily could have just taken the money. That kind of integrity says a lot. Highly recommend Veriguard for anyone buying and is looking for this service.

  I came across Veriguard while trying to find a home inspector online and saw that everyone rated their experience with Phil five stars. After having Phil complete my home inspection, I now know why. He is extremely thorough in his inspection and leaves no stone unturned. Throughout the inspection, he explains his findings so you understand what's going on and will take you around the entire home and property to explain each of his observations. After the inspection, he was very prompt with sending over a very detailed and easy to follow report with pictures. He is also very responsive during the scheduling and post inspection process. I would highly recommend Phil and Veriguard to anyone looking for a thorough and detailed home inspection and will 100% use him again going forward.
