I did a private group class here for my bachelorette. The class was so fun and the instructor Marisa did an amazing job balancing modifications for my friends of different dance experience levels. Highly recommend.

The mommy and me dance class was great! My daughter and I had a chance to spend time together, dance, and just have fun. The instructor was great and so sweet!!! The goodie bags and snacks for the kids were a hit. Thank you!!

I have little to no dance experience, but glad I didn't let that stop me from trying classes. The friendly atmosphere and empowering energy here is contagious! Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. I've learned a lot and love being able to sweat out all the stress of the day. It's a great workout that you don't even realize you're doing because it's so fun! The classes I've taken with Starr, Marissa, and Eboni have helped me connect with and love my body again. I couldn't recommend this community more!!
