Had a very unprofessional experience. The lady heard me talking and said she understood what I asked for and did whatever she wanted to do. I asked for her to stop and call me if she was overwhelmed or if she didn't know what to do next. When I returned to get my dog , his whole tail was shaved off. I asked especially for her not to touch his tail. And failed to give me back my collar , harness and leash.<br><br>Honestly unless you are bilingual don't go here. She was very argumentative and aggressive and just wanted to talk over me. The man owner was at first a little more understanding, but it was a terrible experience - went for the first and last time.<br><br>Inside is very smelly then they just use faboloso at the end of the day to try to mask the smell by mopping.

I have appointment at 10 with my dog and they was close to other people have the same appointment at 10 we were waiting outside. They came late and they hurt My dog and I hear say we are going to put needle on my dog I really don't like the service We're not going there again
