  I started Pilates for the first time after injuring my back while playing golf. It was my first time trying Pilates, and Jessie guided me patiently from the very basics. She helped me build a strong foundation and taught me how important core strength really is. While my golf skills themselves have not dramatically improved, I am now able to play and exercise without pain or injury, which I truly appreciate. I am very grateful for her detailed, attentive, and professional instruction.

  I first started at Young Pilates a year ago while I was 4 months postpartum. Before starting these one-on-one lessons, I had dabbled in group reformer classes before but never felt like I knew what I was doing. Lessons with Jessie have boosted my confidence and my understanding of my body and the exercises we do. She carefully gauges what I currently can and can't do and personalizes each exercise to my level. My stubborn tech-neck has disappeared and my posture has improved to the point where my doctor stated I grew an inch! I have never felt more stronger and confident in my life.

  I've been taking 1:1 classes here for over two years now. Having a sedentary job, I felt my alignment and posture deteriorating over time, but since starting Pilates and with each class I could feel my body changing - building up the core muscles that I didn't have before and moving my body in a more conscious way. The instructor is really thorough and friendly and caters to your body's needs. I highly recommend!

  I've been taking classes here for about a year and a half now and I've been really enjoying the 1-on-1 pilates. My posture has gotten noticeably better and my strength has improved. The instructor encouragingly pushes you every class and there is always new moves to learn! Highly recommend~
