I do not recommend doing business with this company. I tried to cancel an order placed with Crowd Control Warehouse within 2 hours of placing it but was told by the Brimar Industries customer service rep that was not possible. When I tried to return it, I was told I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee plus shipping. They would not provide a shipping label for their discounted rate. I paid them $35 for shipping yet it would cost me over $100 to ship it back plus the restocking charge, making it almost equal to what I initially paid.<br>Not a good company to do business with.

Needed a single street sign custom made. Customer service was awesome when I called with questions, online ordering was a breeze and sign showed up quickly, professionally packaged and exactly as described. Highly recommend using this company.

Very misleading and untrustworthy.<br>$371 in shipping cost for a bench that cost $700. I was misled with points like:<br>Distance: Longer routes increase fuel, labor, and time expenses. (1,500 miles)<br>Weight and Size: A fully assembled bench takes up more space and requires special handling. (Maybe 50lbs)<br>Accessorial Services: Liftgate and inside delivery are necessary for locations without unloading equipment. (Not needed)<br>The bench was not fully assembled and did not require a liftgate. I'm upset because of the astronomical shipping cost and the gaslighting as to why it was so exorbitant.
