We work with different demographics, 10 years old and up, medical conditions, and rehabilitation. Different services available that fits your schedule and needs. I have been working with Shane for several months. He has helped me both physically and mentally. Working from home has a price. Less movement less interaction with good people. Shane is one of the good ones. Feel stronger. Less tired. And that's a lot in your 50's. Prices are reasonable. Always checks in after tough work outs. The other staff members. ...encouraging and their clients seem as challenged and satisfied as I am. Keep it going. Last set. Best set.

HIGHLY recommended. I live up the street. Had a terrible (and stubborn) pinched nerve in my shoulder. I dropped by and Shane very kindly helped me out, on the house. I'll be dropping by for light exercises and stretch sessions for sure. Don't sleep on Colosseum -- especially if you live on the Fairmount side of Hackensack!

I've had the pleasure of working with Shane for 2 months. I am a 26 y/o male, who was looking to build some muscle mass. Shane was always prepared for every session and accommodating. Everything is logged in the app when you work with Shane, so you can easily reference the same workouts when you workout on your own. He taught me new workouts and provided some amazing insight. He's also a great person to talk to about anything. I would love to work with Shane again soon. I enjoyed coming to my weekly sessions in the summertime. Thank you!
