The rooms arent cleaned/inspected thoroughly. The 1st night I checked in I uncovered a Gatorade bottle under the bed. The following morning my partner uncovered a chocolate meal bottle in the curtains. Lastly, short after that I found an empty Skittles wrapper under the bed. The person at the front desk (Lynette or Lynetta) was very helpful. The Director of Operations Nerma Bicic was very unaccommodating and called me a liar. She specifically stated "the housekeepers and person who inspected the room have been working here 25 years and its hard for me to believe that was there". That was comical. Basically saying I planted it, which is absurd. Ironically, I'm a Front Office Manager at a hotel in DC, in no way would I do something like that. Very unsettling, she's terrible and they need a new DOO who will train staff correctly. Not just assume tenure means excellence when it could actually be the opposite.
