I can't say enough good things about Giselle. I met Giselle very early in her real estate career (fun fact: we went to RE school together) and she was the star of the class. She was extremely committed to knowing everything there is to know about RE. I did not continue this route but she grabbed the career by the horns and went full force. Now, I needed someone to sell my house and I knew she was the one. One meeting with her and we had comps, our price, our marketing strategy, dates on the calendar, and she met and exceeded every expectation my wife and I had for this process. She had an answer for every question, she priced it PERFECTLY in order to get buyers in the door but also get us over asking offers. I will say, every single offer was over asking and I didn't think we'd have any. WOW. She really knows her stuff and I'm certain she can represent any buyer and seller in any market.
