My Electrolux dryer was not drying properly. I called Sequence 7 and was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Donovan was careful as he moved the dryer to access the back, and he was professional and courteous throughout. He replaced 2 dryer coils and carefully reassembled the dryer. Dryer worked great again! Would definitely call Sequence & Appliances again for other repairs!

Let me tell you something I used to build a motherboards from scratch. This guy knows exactly what he is doing. Very knowledgeable about the business and has a great personality. He is one of the best troubleshooters I have ever seen. I highly recommend him before going out and spending a few thousand dollars on a refrigerator that is built to burn out on you in a few years anyway. This guy will do anything he can to get you the best deal as well.

We were having an issue with our Samsung oven not heating up, so I called up Donavan from Sequence Seven, we made an appointment and had the issue corrected in no time. He arrived on time, replaced the part and put everything back in its place. We just found our new repair person for all our other appliances. Donavan is truly the consumate professional.

Called Donovan about our LG refrigerator which was no longer working properly (I suspected either a fan failure or the dreaded compressor problem) . He arrived at our home, ran a diagnostic on the fridge and confirmed it was the compressor that was at fault. I appreciated his candor and honesty as he explained how replacing the part would not be a cost worthy option and buying a new refrigerator was our best move. He also recommended a few reputable brands to look for when we shopped for a replacement. After reading posts from many others that had compressors replaced, which after parts and labor cost as much as a brand new appliance, I appreciated his honesty.
