  Get sidewalk done and it's crack after just 2 years<br>Contacts him but he just brush off and said nothing he can do

  Mr. Nguyen, the sidewalk was installed using proper concrete practices, including control and expansion joints. However, no contractor can guarantee that concrete will never crack in the future. Conditions deep below the excavated area, such as ground movement, unstable soil, buried rocks, roots, etc., can cause cracking, even when concrete is installed correctly.   When our front steps needed to be repaired, we needed someone with experience, craftsmanship, and a dedication to providing quality work. Angelo Severino brought decades of experience and Italian craftsmanship to our project, and did a fantastic job. There is no question that we chose the right person and company to re-build our front steps, and we are incredibly happy with the results. The price was fair, the project was completed quickly and efficiently, and he and his company are highly recommended.

  Severino Construction replaced my front steps, walkway, and retaining wall on 6/17/2025. Severino's estimate was in line with four other estimates I received from contractors. What separated Severino Construction from the other contractors was that Angelo pointed out to me that my front door stepdown was a half foot longer than standard. No other contractor mentioned the stepdown to me. Severino Construction completed the project on schedule and as promised.

  Severino Construction has handled several projects for my building over the past 8 years. Some of the larger jobs have been reconstructing a staircase, and a sidewalk at my building. He had even returned to repair winter-salt damage to the sidewalks at my building. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail is extremely impressive!<br>Angelo is always responsive- he returns phone calls promptly and completes projects within the timeframe he proposes.<br>I highly recommend Severino Construction for any project, large or small. You can be confident you are getting the best in the industry, and at a very reasonable price.

  I have only high praise for the quality of work performed by Angelo Severino and his team at Severino Construction. For starters, Angelo is onsite working the entire time, so I was confident that I was getting the services of a skilled tradesman vs. an unsupervised hourly employee who may not have the same skill level or pride in his work.<br><br>I hired Severino Construction to install a new concrete sidewalk and front walkway, concrete driveway, Belgium block edging, a brick retaining wall on both sides of the driveway, and a drain at the end of the sloped driveway. When Angelo came to my property for the estimate, he told me that he also constructed the front steps and porch that I was standing on for the previous owners 10 years earlier, which was surprising good news that I had an example of his fine work. I then told him that I admired a beautifully constructed brick porch, steps and entry pillars on a home nearby on the corner of Prospect Avenue and Banta Avenue, and to my surpr
