  ZERO STARS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS - My super hired Mark to repaint a bathroom ceiling damaged by a water leak. Unprofessional from start to finish.<br><br>He canceled last minute three times before the job was even scheduled. When it finally happened, the person who showed up couldn't confirm what paint was used. When pressed, Mark admitted he "probably used whatever leftover paint he had lying around." That should have been the first red flag -- and notably, even in their response below, they still don't say what paint was actually used. Weeks later, and they still can't answer the single most basic question about a paint job: what did you put on my ceiling?<br><br>The person doing the work left an hour early, overbooked and rushing to his next job. Within three days, the paint started bubbling, a textbook sign of a rushed job with insufficient dry time. Mark's response? He blamed our bathroom's ventilation. I've had this ceiling painted multiple times before with zero issues. Funny how

  Unreliable and unprofessional. I spoke with Mark by phone and provided extensive information on the damage in my apartment ceiling due to a leak, I even provided pictures. He said he would get back to me to schedule a time to stop by and give an estimate. I never heard from him....it wasn't Until I made several phone calls and sent text messages that I finally got a reply 3 WEEKS LATER! He said he was overwhelmed and busy and couldn't do the job, he suggested I call Task Rabbit.! What a joke, a Complete waste of time. Btw I was given his business card by a local contractor whom I have since spoken with about this incident.
