This place would be great if they had decent hours of operation. And sometimes even when their open theirs nobody in the office. Its frustrating.

The warehouses are not a <br>retail stores, while we have a reception area in NJ and a walkup window in CA to support local pickup orders, the warehouses are not retail stores, we pack and ship there.... <br>

It's not about the price but the value of doing business with a company like J. Racenstein. Their response to mistakes I made when submitting an order was professional and efficient.<br><br>Jill reached out early the next day to confirm she had received my email and made the corrections. While on a call lasting less than 5 minutes, she also updated payment information.<br>The result? My order was shipped out the same day and arrived earlier than expected!<br><br>Kudos to J Racenstein and Jill for being professional and efficient in correcting my mistakes.
