Very bad services. They are way over charge<br>$330 for 1 hour diamond facial which is basically classic facial anywhere for $90<br>Very low training stuff, a lot of attitude<br>No wonder why hand and stone is going down lately.<br>Go anywhere else, you will get better service and products for the amount this guys charging

I had an amazing experience today. I had a massage with Gloria and she was amazing like always. She's polite , listen to your needs and helps you relax. I would recommend her to anyone. She's the best to ensuring your leave rejuvenated and ready to tackle your day.

I have truly never felt so pressured or uncomfortable at a spa in my life. One the masseuse was great but it was cut shorter than the actual amount of time I booked and didn't live up to the same treatments I've gotten at other spas but the facialist, the facialist was appalling to me, not only did she try to pressure me into a almost 300+ extra treatment that you would need multiple sessions of when I insisted I didn't want it she then gave me the cold shoulder, her demeanor completely changed once I refused it, then she continually told me I have a specific skin type which is in direct contradiction in what I've been told my whole life including my actual dermatologist and that's why I needed the other treatment. I then proceeded to have extremely oily even more acne prone skin for about a month after , never in my life have I had that type of reaction to a facial and I go weekly but after that I didn't go for months cuz of the acne and rashes I was getting. This was all a few months

I've been coming to this location for quite some time and I've always had a pleasurable experience. The services are phenomenal and the treatment is tremendous, but I've recently seen that a lot of the ladies at the front desk that I usually speak with are no longer there. Which isn't an issue but the new staff is quite rude and dismissive towards customers. I always enjoyed having a nice chat with the ladies.
