Usually not a fan of the northern style pho, but this place has a great homely feeling pho. I had a good time here and honestly 3 stars is gonna sound harsh. I think it's more like a 3.5. The lady at the counter is super nice and the place is pretty small like a coffe shop instead of a proper sit-down restaurant. Come here and order one of the phos and maybe it won't blow you away , but I think it's worth a visit.

We came here for lunch, only to realize it's not really a full-service restaurant other than a tea/drink place. The menu is extremely limited, with only four noodle dishes, and the prices are quite high for what you get.<br><br>We decided to give it a try anyway, but it was disappointing. The pho tasted like it was made with instant packaged noodles. The noodles were overly soft and soggy, which made them seem like they had simply been soaked in hot water rather than freshly cooked. The beef was also tough and chewy. Considering the price, you'd honestly get a very similar experience buying instant pho from Costco for a fraction of the cost. I'm not surprised if that's exactly how they make it.
