I came here to get a price on an item I was looking to sell after going to 2 other jewelers. He completely low balled me it was laughable. Obviously not an honest business man. I went back to the first jeweler who gave me double what this guy quoted me. Makes me wonder... Get other quotes!

Trying to hurt an honest business is mean. I see you like to give one star ratings. If I quoted you a fair price and suggested you go to where you got the higher price, How is that not an honest business man? I explained that I don't get many clients for what you were trying to sell. They do offer more in Paterson for that. Makes me wonder.

After a few more times dealing with Charlie. Still takes pride in his work and is very trustworthy. Will give you a very fair price on repairs and give you a great price for your gold. A true "gem" in the community. Yes, jewelry stores can be intimidating but you have a good one here. Mainly a one man shop so be patient. He will get back to you on a timely basis if you leave a message on his voice mail.
