  I saw the owner responded and said I was not a patient, that's a lie. I posted the review on the spot at your facility and I have been to your practice twice. Your front desk if fully aware and was texting Jacky on the spot. It would have been better if you admit and train your staff better or improve appointment system for the future.<br><br>I came for my 2wks touch up for Botox and just found out they booked my appointment on thus instead of Friday. And they just turned me away. I will never come back again. The massage they sent me did not mention weekdays, and there was no alert reminding me that I missed my Thursday appointment. The massage was more like out of the jail card. There price is on the expensive side, which I don't mind if they offer the equivalent quality of service. But for a $700 Botox treatment and this kind of follow up, no

  We have checked our records and don't see that you were ever a patient at the Englewood Cliffs or the NYC spas. We believe you have made an error in facilities

  I've had a couple of hydrafacials elsewhere and never really saw the point tbh... they were pricy and my skin looked the same or in one case, even worse after. BUT figured I'd give it one more go so I got a hydrafacial with Shukurat and wow - she changed my mind!! I literally haven't worn foundation in a WEEK, my skin is still glowing and looks so even and hydrated! Shukurat is such a sweetheart, made me feel so welcome & I loved how thorough she was, really paying attention to my skin type and tailoring the service to exactly what I needed. I ask a lot of questions and she explained it all. It's amazing how different of an experience it was than my past. No break out after, just really hydrated and healthy looking skin. The products she recommended and gave me samples of are FANTASTIC too, and not over complicated (a quality neocutis serum and moisturizer). My skin is super dry in the winter and I've tried it all.. the neocutis products are working great to maintain my glow. 10/10 and

  I've been a client at the Altman Aesthetic Center for about six months now, and it's truly been a phenomenal experience! I see Nour for my monthly facials, and she is absolutely wonderful. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and developed a personalized treatment plan that has made a noticeable difference in my skin. Each month, she carefully reassesses my skin's needs and adjusts her approach, ensuring the treatments are always tailored to me. I've also learned so much about at-home skincare, which has been a game-changer. My skin has improved dramatically! On top of that, every visit is such a pleasure--the entire team is incredibly kind and welcoming.
