Keller williams is getting 1 star for calling people and harassing them asking about do they want to sell their house. Are you crazy? If I wanted to sell my house it would be up for sale. Stop these bushit predatory calls, and calling peoples relatives you find on Lexis Nexis. Is this what your company has stooped to in search of a buck? It's sad and disturbing

I just purchased a condo through the listing agent Teresa Forte Greenberg. I must say I've never dealt with a more deceiving and untrusting person as Teresa. I was extremely concerned about the furnace and AC system since they were old and finally got her to agree to a home warranty policy which from what I understand is not worth the paper it's on. Well I just met a new neighbor in the community that I bought and she advised me that the previous owner told her that both systems were not working.<br><br>Buyer beware because now I'm stuck with at least a $ 5000.00 bill to replace both the furnace and the AC. I know these units are old but I just don't like the way this was handled. Also I was not told about the large assessment fee on the condo which was not disclosed at time of sale, but thank God my agent was smart enough to find it so I had the opportunity to negotiate. I was never given the opportunity to negotiate the furnace/ac system because I was told that they were in working o
