    This place needs to follow their hours of operation posted or change them as they frequently open late when people are waiting outside to pick up dry cleaning.

    I brought in a velvet Santa jacket. I had removed the fur and asked if they could clean it. The girl said yes but they would have to charge extra. I agreed. When I picked it up the coat was ruined. The velvet is matted and the color is now orange, not red. I didn't want to pay but they wouldn't give it to me unless I paid. Terrible business practice!

    Hemming which was done poorly. Pant with lining and the lining is hanging longer than the pant and it cost me $45!!!! I heard park cleaners in Rutherford, NJ is excellent.

    Just had the waist taken in on four pair of pants. The seamstress did an excellent job. I had my wedding dress cleaned here too. They did a nice job.
