    I hope you're not gonna be on the buyer's end when you deal with this company. It seems that their agents doesn't fully understand and adhere to professional courtesy and ethics. We had a terminated deal with one of their agent - Roy Castro. So, what happened was, we offered on the property he's selling and then they counter-offered on us plus asked us to put a security deposit that would make them stop the open house and then he said he'll put us under contract. So we accepted their counter-offer. Little that we know that he still showed the property and they decided to back out. We were already done on Attorney's Review status and still they decided to terminate the process was accepted on both parties. The hardest part of this deal was when our family already made plans on the home that we were purchasing. It was really devastating to see our kids when they knew that we lost the home. It was really in our hearts that this was a done deal because everything was all set because the co

    Nice outdoor seating with all you can eat crab legs. The crab was a bit pricey and undersized. They kept bringing two clusters at a time and that drove me crazy! Never got full just tired of asking for more.
