  I went in to this location to purchase a $49.00/month package and was charged $70.00 on my cc. When I called to report the error they told me this additional $20 was a tax that could not be removed. I have been purchasing thos $50 package for a couple years and was never charged this 40% tax previously. Very disappointed.

  I was really disappointed with my experience at Sun Tan City. The facilities were not very clean, and the equipment seemed outdated. The staff didn't seem very attentive or friendly, which made the whole visit uncomfortable. On top of that, the prices felt way too high for the quality of service they provided. I expected a much better experience, but fortunately, I won't be going back.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this tanning salon. The space itself looked fine, but the service completely ruined it.<br><br>The employee named Annie was extremely unprofessional. She seemed annoyed from the moment I walked in, barely explained the tanning options, and rushed through everything like I was an inconvenience. When I asked a simple question about the shade, she rolled her eyes and gave a vague answer that wasn't helpful at all. The actual tanning beds also smelled absolutely awful like rotted lotion<br><br>Customer service matters, especially at a place where people are trusting you with their appearance. Because of this experience, I wouldn't feel comfortable coming back or recommending this salon to anyone.
