Resided at their Carlstadt location for 9 years. What was initially good turned extremely troublesome & concerning in the later years of our stay. I would not recommend that particular location for that reason but can not honestly speak to how their other properties are managed.

Unprofessional and unethical corporation once you are actually locked in. They are dismissive of tenants' rights, privacy and any moral code of conduct. Appears they've hired some help via fake reviews to pull up their consistently poor ratings from actual tenants. I look forward to my leases end. Renters beware!

I've been a tenant for Meli For over 6 years, They've been Very attentive to whatever needs the apartment may have had. Both Dawn and Amanda In the office are great and so very helpful. I'm sure Meli Cherishes them, They make the process go a lot smoother!

I been with Meli for over ten years I just moved to another unit of there's I love them they are very helpful with everything especially Amanda and the guy in the front desk can't think of his name right now sorry but they are all amazing
