I've been a frequent customer at QuickChek on Route 46 in Ridgefield, NJ, for coffee, gas, drinks, and more. Recently, I had an issue with two sandwiches, and I really appreciated how it was handled.<br><br>Sam, the manager, personally called me, invited me to come in and speak with him, and made sure the issue was resolved. That kind of personal attention and commitment to customer service really stands out.<br><br>Thank you, Sam, for taking the time to listen and make things right. It's service like this that keeps me coming back!

Sandwich is cold, register person dont ask reward i was there lunch time 12:45 the milk expired in coffee station theres no sugar change the manager and the people horrible experience i cant tell who in the register theres no name tag poor service
