I was looking for a good engineer with a reasonable price to help me with my home renovation and addition. I found Massoud, he was very professional and helped me through the permit process. I will introduce MGK to my friends and highly recommend him to everyone who wants to do a renovation.

I hired Masoud to help with structural drawings for a construction and permit process, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. MGK is very professional and Massoud show up on the same day. He provided me drawings with his engineering stamp for the permit process. Even during the permit process he was guiding me. Very patient and responsive Engineer. I will hire him again if I need to.

I called MGK for a simple inspection, but Massoud went above and beyond. Before commencing, in Massoud identified and carefully explained what he thought the best course of action would be including the need for a full report. I was grateful for the step by step guidance through a process that was much more complex than anticipated. I was very pleased with the end result!
