My wife had a few tickets, and Judge Savino was incredibly understanding. He dismissed several of them, amended one, and even gave us a discounted rate.<br><br>I also called the court office and spoke with Nancy, who went above and beyond to confirm that I didn't need to pay court fees for the dismissed tickets.<br><br>In a world where dealing with town hall or city court systems can be frustrating, this was a truly pleasant and refreshing experience.<br><br>Very thankful to Judge Savino and Nancy for their professionalism and kindness!
