    Unfriendly front desk. Called the listed number but the front desk just hung up. Called again asking for leasing team and he just hung up again after saying it's the front desk. Would've expected the front desk to be more trained on how to direct callers to leasing team or any inquiries rather than just hanging up on them. Unfortunately, no longer interested from this bad first impression of the place.

    I've been living here for two years. The front desk is friendly, and everything about daily life here is very convenient. I believe the Hudson River view in New Jersey is the best. Despite the heavy snowstorm today, even on a Sunday, thank you so much for your kindness and help.
