Great experience - my case took a much longer time compared to what other firms have stated and I've seen finished. However, attorney Yook set expectations with me from the very beginning that it may take a while and that I should get all the treatment I need, without rushing through the process.<br><br>Zack(attorney) and Eunice(paralegal) were also in constant touch with me regarding any potential updates and followed up on my well-being.<br><br>Great team to work with and I appreciated all of their help! Also, my friend who was in the same car accident doesn't speak English felt supported the entire way through, as the full team we worked with spoke Korean as well.<br><br>Much thanks and kudos to the team for their help!
