  Poorly tied down trucks were dropping 2" gravel all over 280. Can really file a claim in a case like this, but come on do better

  AAA Contractor actively trying to rip people off. They were dispatched for a battery replacement through AAA. Showed up in a reasonable amount of time and tested the battery as expected. Then tried to add "difficult installation" fee of $50. I was a little confused by this as I drive a pickup truck with an exceptionally easy to replace battery (I have done it myself before). Then the shenanigans started. I was willing to pay the BS $50 upcharge just to get it done when he told me the $50 had to be paid in cash. He would remove it from my AAA invoice so I could pay the battery replacement with a credit card but only the $50 install had to be cash. I think its pretty clear that my install was not at all difficult and the $50 would go right into his pocket. I told him to get lost. Be aware and AAA should be ashamed to use contractors with these practices.

  Had an encounter with one of their drivers on NJTP in a 2025 T880 Vin#1NKZX4TX2SJ132093 (truck number 74) The driver was an complete unhinged maniac, cutting people off, blowing the horn at people and speeding in the left lane. Conduct like this is unacceptable from someone behind the wheel of a commercial vehicle. Hopefully this employee is delt with before someone is hurt or killed.

  This company is absolutely garbage. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.<br>And even if he did show up. The time he closed the request out was over an hour after the expected time of arrival.<br>Side note- This was a contactless pick up. KEY WAS LEFT IN THE VEHICLE AND IN NEUTRAL<br><br>The vehicle was at the house.<br>"Called me"<br>Never knocked.<br>No text<br>No voicemail.<br>No nothing. And Did not tow the vehicle at all.

  Stay away from this company. Almost died on the highway from them not being able to put a tire on right. The wheel was close to flying off my van.
