If you need any work done, call Schaaf Plumbing and Heating and ask for Frank! He is easily one of the best technicians I've ever hired. Frank was super professional, took his time to explain everything clearly, and was extremely respectful of my home. He even took his shoes off at the door and left the workspace spotless. You can really tell he takes pride in his work. Highly recommended!

Quick, Efficient, Super-Pleasant crew!<br>Rehabilitation of an in-sink hot water dispenser that had been improperly installed by a different plumbing contractor. Prompt arrival, clean job, and easy to work with.

Thank you to Schaaf Plumbing, Rob and Aidan for coming soon after I called to snake out a clogged sewer drain. They were very efficient, knowledgeable and thorough and got the job done in less than one hour. Life savers!!<br><br>Update: I've used Schaaf for several jobs this year (sewer drain, heavy sink drain clog, installation of new kitchen sink, toilet repairs and installation of new tub faucet. They always arrive ASAP, are knowledgeable, explain what needs to be done and do it correctly. Thanks to Joe, Aidan, Frank, Robert & all.<br>In addition, they are all lovely men who are interesting to chat with.

I notice my basement sump pump out-of-work this morning and called Schaaf plumbing & heating. They responded to my request immedately and informed me that he is working one one project and will come to my house in one and half hours. Jimmy came to my house as promised and replaced the old pump under inches of water. His shooes and cloth got wet due to flood water, but he completed the job neatly and waited until all basement water drained and found the replacement pump worked properly.<br>Schaaf did not charge me for emergecy call or weekend service, but very reasonable cost.<br>I have used Schaaf's services for more than 10 years and satisfied their service/cost every time. I strongly recommend schaaf to everyone who needs plumbing services.

I used this company to fix an issue with my laundry plumbing in March 2025. Late review, I know but I need to address this:<br><br>#1 - the woman on the phone line was very condescending when I told her my English name, saying "oh, I love how you guys are doing that" as if to say it's unnatural for POC's to have English names<br><br>#2 - near 500 bucks just to replace a valve<br><br>I had no choice but to take the service, but I would take your hard earned money elsewhere

Had Joe helping out in the high water pressure and great to know from him that this being a common issue in Bergen county.<br><br>Nice job done for the reduction and clean installation. And Joe also quickly fixed a leaking smoke pipe which turned out to be a naive mistake from another plumber.<br><br>Great to have work done with the real pro!
