Absolutely amazing place! They are incredibly family-oriented, caring, and welcoming, and they've always treated my dog like one of their own. I've always felt completely comfortable leaving him in their care because I know he's going to be loved, safe, and extremely well taken care of.<br><br>The level of attention and care they give is second to none. I genuinely would never take my dog anywhere else. I took my german shepherd here for a wash and grooming and they did an amazing job! She has never looked better, they did a very thorough job, especially for a dog who loves to roll around in the dirt outside. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, I will definitely be back!

I brought my dog Legend to Happy Pet Tails for a bath, deshedding treatment, ear cleaning, nail trim, and teeth brushing, and they did an amazing job. He came home looking, smelling, and feeling great, and they got so much loose fur out. The staff was friendly, professional, and took great care of him. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend them!

No recomiendo este lugar para nada. Es demasiado pequeno para albergar a muchos perros al mismo tiempo, y la higiene es pesima para los animales. El servicio al cliente es terrible. Lleve a mi perro para un corte pomerania, pero le dieron otro corte hasta le arrancaron una una completa. Cuando lo fui a recoger, lo encontre temblando y con miedo. Este lugar trata a los perros como si fueran cualquier cosa, cobran una fortuna y tardan muchisimo.

Unfortunately, your review contains several statements that are simply not accurate. Your Pomeranian arrived with a severely matted coat. During check-in, we explained that matting would require a much shorter haircut, and you agreed before we began grooming. In fact, we were able to leave the coat longer than originally expected because we worked carefully to preserve as much

I've taken my first dog Lola there and they treated her with the outmost care and love . She passed away three years ago from complications but now i brought my puppy Marley there and they leave him smelling amazing and always so handsome . If your looking for a place that cares about how they cut and treat your pets this is by far the best place to go and get them groomed
