I went to North Arlington Jewelers yesterday to get a new chain for my grandmother's necklace that I wear every single day. The lady who works there was the absolute most kindest, genuine, caring, and very professional person I have ever met. She said I did not need a new chain and she can take the knots out and clean it. Her honesty stood out to me. I said I want to wear it for my interview the next day as it brings me good luck. I went back to pick it up and she did NOT charge me for anything. I cried because she was a true angel. There really are good people in the world and she is one of them. I will now go back there all the time. She truly has no idea what an impact she had on me because of her generous act of kindness. I highly recommend North Arlington Jewelers in NJ as the best jewelry store I have ever gone to. She made my heart smile! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will never forget her!

Arlington Jewelers was absolutely amazing. Brought my fiancee's ring in for a cleaning and it came back sparkling so much I'm pretty sure it now has its own weather system.<br><br>The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and seriously knowledgeable about jewelry. You can immediately tell they know their craft and genuinely care about helping people instead of just trying to make a sale. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole experience comfortable and easy.<br><br>The ring honestly looked brand new when they were done with it. My fiancee couldn't stop staring at it... and honestly neither could I.<br><br>It's rare to find businesses that combine skill, honesty, and great customer service this well. Highly recommend to anyone in North Arlington looking for a trustworthy jeweler.

Jen did an amazing job with my brand new watch and made sure that it fit my wrist perfectly. Rick also took the time to help me find a ring that I absolutely was in love with. I now know where to go with any of my jewelry needs, and I would recommend them to everyone. Support local businesses because they will be honest and truly take care of you!
