  I called this place this morning to ask about possibly fixing my Vizio Led TV. I explained to the gentleman I needed a power supply circuit board either refurbished or a new one. I asked if this was something they do and if so, I could bring the old board to his shop. He immediately cut me off, with an attitude, telling me, "we don't do it like that". I asked, okay, how do you operate. He said, we come to your place, pickup the TV, bring it back and evaluate what's wrong with the TV. It's important to point out again, I already know what's wrong with the TV. It's the power supply circuit board as I mentioned at the beginning of this review. I then asked him, I can save him a trip by bringing the TV to him which is only a few miles away. His reply, we don't have customers come to the shop because of COVID. We only come to your place and pick it up. My reply, you mean you won't allow customers into your shop but you want to come in my home instead? He told me he changes a $50 charge, UPF

  I didn't even get a chance to go to this place. I called to discuss a TV power supply board issue based on symptoms and Samsung support website and the person who answered the phone rudely and sarcastically told me to go fix it yourself if you know what the problem is and to go look somewhere else...

  Great work and no problems. TV works perfectly and the service charge was better than other repair companies around. Thanks VD Electronics!
