  I had a very disappointing and costly experience with this company. They came to winterize our irrigation system but failed to shut off the upper faucet leading to the backyard. Because of this oversight, the pipe burst and caused major flooding and damage.<br>When I contacted them, they refused to take responsibility or issue a refund, even though the problem was directly caused by their mistake. Their lack of accountability and professionalism has been extremely frustrating.<br>I cannot recommend this company. If you choose to work with them, be prepared to double-check their work, because they won't stand behind it.

  This individual is extremely unprofessional. He treats other small businesses like garbage when he doesn't get what he wants, even if he is trying to commit fraud to save money! He called us every name in the book for refusing to do business with him when he wanted us to commit warranty fraud on a machine he bought somewhere else. He is absolutely vulgar, and I would avoid him at all costs!<br><br>In response to reply: we refused to perform a service in the manner requested. He did not receive *any* service from us.

  Yep, figured this was coming .<br>They are related to falls farm and garden in n.y. state. I left them a bad review and this is pay back! They never used my company! I used falls farm and garden and they are horrible, now they are trying to retaliate!

  Quick service, had next day appointments, and very knowledgeable! In and out in less than two hours and pricing is extremely fair. Replaced a rotor due to some stubborn roots, straightened and reset and nozzle head, and did a full system check. Easy to communicate with; spoke in person and via text message. Honest company.
