If I could give zero stars I would. I went in for my first appointment and I showed the front desk right on my Horizon omnia app that my maximum out-of-pocket deductible has been met so that I don't have a co-pay. She proceeded to try to make me pay because it was "tier one". On my app, I specifically showed her a word for a word. It said if my tier 2 out-of-pocket maximum deductible has been met that also covers my tier one out-of-pocket maximum deductible. She still would not get another staff member to help me and proceeded to try to charge me this is all on my very first appointment as a new patient. Horrible experience

All the therapists provide excellent, compassionate care. The front desk staff and the PT assistants are also very responsive and provide help as I do my exercises. Going to SportsTime has really helped the arthritic conditions in both of my knees. I would highly recommend this practice location.
