  I lived at Grand Plaza for two years. This apartment is located on Grand Avenue, making it quiet and offering excellent access to the highway. Broad Avenue is just a 10-minute walk away, where you can find all the cafes, restaurants, banks, and transportation you need. The direct bus to Manhattan was very convenient. The building had an attached parking space and an electric vehicle charging station, which was a major reason I chose here. However, the charger was honestly very slow, and I hope they upgrade it to a faster Level 2 charger! Another reason I liked it was that unlike other places that create unnecessary amenities and charge tenants exorbitant fees, this building provided only what was necessary, keeping costs down. While there weren't many amenities, there was a clean lounge and mailroom. Although there wasn't on-site management, the building was always well-maintained, and Katie, the apartment manager, was incredibly attentive and responded very quickly whenever anything c
