  Words truly cannot express how thankful I am for gym and everyone at Fitted Body Studio -- especially Diana, Mike, and Vinny. They are phenomenal individuals: professional, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping people become the best version of themselves and reach their goals.<br>Diana has gone above and beyond in every way. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly -- from nutrition and the importance of protein, carbs, and hydration, to making sure exercises are done safely and correctly, including knowing when proper rest between exercises is needed. Her knowledge, patience, and encouragement have made such a difference in my journey.<br>I honestly don't know where I would be without this team and this trainer. Just thinking about the support and care they've shown me gets me emotional.

  Mike actually listens to your goals and builds workouts that make sense for you, and I've seen real progress since training with him. Plus, he's just a great guy to be around, which makes a huge difference.

  I have worked with Michael as a trainer for about 15 years! He is the CEO of Fitted Body Fitness. Adding trainers Vinny and Diana aboard gave added more times and services.<br>I have also signed up for 10 stretching and flexibility sessions with Diana. So far i have done 3 sessions and it's a good compliment to the soreness and tightness that comes from weight lifting. She puts 100% into working thru your full body and she really cares to make a difference.

  I only have time for 1 class a week, but after 6 classes my body has changed!<br>I love to see how different people at all levels work together in this gym!!

  UPDATE (2/28/2026)<br>Stilling training with FBF(fitted body fitness ) and this is still the best fitness training program I ever had. Will keep working out with the team. Highly recommended if you really want to see some results on your body.<br><br>By far the best personal training studio I ever went, Mike who is my trainer is very dedicated(it's very hard to find a truly dedicated trainer) to his clients, knowledgeable and efficient(we are all busy) in terms of weight training. He uses a great app and records everything you've achieved, which is also very impressive service.
