  TopTier once again provided excellent service in replacing my entire AC system. My units possibly had a power surge which had shorted my compressors. Mike & team were quick to diagnose the issue and recommend the best course of action. TopTier replaced my entire AC systems promptly and provided professional service. I would recommend you call them today for any of your HVAC servicing needs.

  I don't usually leave reviews, but Top Tier Energy Service definitely deserves one.<br><br>From the first phone call, everyone was friendly, honest, and easy to work with. They showed up when they said they would, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured into anything I didn't need. It's hard to find companies these days that are this reliable. Being a single mom I've realized with situations like this companys can easily take advantage of the desperation of a mom trying to keep her kids cool. I'm so greatful Top Tier isn't like that.<br><br>The whole job was done professionally, and you can tell they actually care about doing quality work and treating their customers right. The pricing was fair, the communication was great, and the service exceeded my expectations.<br><br>If you're looking for a company you can trust, I highly recommend Top Tier Energy Service. I'll definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends and family.

  We seriously can't thank Top Tier Energy Service enough.<br>A few days before our wedding, the company we had hired backed out on us at the last minute. We were scrambling, stressed, and honestly thought everything we'd planned for months was about to fall apart.<br>Someone recommended Top Tier Energy Service, and I'm so glad they did. They answered right away, got us on their schedule, and took care of everything without making us feel like we were just another customer. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and genuinely wanted to help.<br>Thanks to them, our wedding went exactly how we had hoped. What started as a complete nightmare ended up being one of the best days of our lives, and a big part of that was because they came through when nobody else would.<br>If you want a company that actually shows up, keeps their word, and cares about their customers, I can't recommend Top Tier Energy Service enough.   We moved into an older house in 2022 and have done a ton of work updating all of our HVAC systems with Mike and his excellent team. They consistently provide exceptional service across the board, and make us feel like we're their top priority, no matter how big or small of an issue we're reaching out with.<br><br>Among many such examples, I recall running out of heating oil on Christmas Eve the first winter we were in the house - the gauge was broken and I thought the company we previously worked with was able to monitor it (they weren't). I called their service line, reached an outsourced call center, and after a long hold + callback they informed me that we'd have to wait until Christmas afternoon, the next day, to get a delivery.<br><br>I reached out to Mike directly and he found someone to deliver within 3 hours. We left the other company and never looked back.
