Sweta Patel is the best realtor. She was able help me get my house rented in a month and eventually was also able to sell the same property while it was being rented. The process was all remote since I also live abroad. The closing was smooth. She arranged a virtual notary service that worked with our time difference. Swetas' guidance, support and assistance is 1st class. Im so glad I had someone to depend on especially when I live so far away.

Sweta was extraordinary! She was patient as we waited for probate to close, and once we were able to put the place on the market she had excellent suggestions on what to do to prepare the apartment for sale. She framed it well, and priced it well and we sold it within a week for well above asking. She was pleasant to deal with, kind and very responsive to our needs. I recommend her without hesitation or reservation. She is a true expert!
