SEARS has the worst service AC technicians I've ever come across. Technician left lights on in my attic, my garden hose was scattered thrrough my garden and then he explained how I should clean my AC. I said that is your responsibility. The technician said he just diagnoses. When I spoke the customer rep they listed several actions that come with maintenance service which the technician never performed. When I notified the support center they informed me I would have pay an additional fee to have a technician come back to do the job properly on top of the $140 I paid to have Albert do nothing. Do not do business with SEARS.
